  Bryan, I am the real "Mrs. Kingdon." I did not write the response that you address me in. Please, take down all of my account information. I feel embarrassed that you responded to some one else with the same last name (Kingdon) sharing my personal account information. Assuming it was me. I have no problem with you or Pro pest policies. The truth is I think highly of Pro Pest customer service, especially, Jennifer. She was very understanding and considerate when my mother in law was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer, my husband took care of her and then Jennifer sent us a Sympathy card when she passed. I will never forget the kindness and understanding, opening the card, that I received in the mail. That time was very hard and very stressful, in my life. Yes, we got behind (which is embarrassing enough), but it is not ok, nor should it be ok, to put MY private account information out for public display. Please remove your post, and I will also remove this post leaving the positive, because you all are a good company. The real "Mrs. Kingdon"

  So patient and responsive. Highly recommend. We had evidence or mice and we called Pro Pest purely based on Google reviews. They were awesome and even appeased me by coming out several times to check traps etc. We are very pleased with their service and we were mouse free very quickly!

  Technician was very courteous and nice to all our residents. Pro Pest always does a very thorough job and responds quickly. Glad Cody is back with them!
